Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so you can receive the dental treatment you need and deserve. Prior to scheduling any treatment, our dedicated financial care coordinators are happy to provide patients with an estimate of costs. Many patients have some type of benefits, and in a majority of cases, we are able to help you maximize your benefits.
No Insurance? No Problem!
We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). We also accept Flex Cards, Flex Spending monies, HSA Cards, and HSA monies. Additionally, we offer flexible financing options (see below) because we understand that monthly payments can help patients fit the costs of dental treatment into their budgets.
We schedule one patient per appointment so you can get the exclusive, personal time with our doctors and staff that you deserve. We strive to run on time because we understand that you are busy and your time is valuable, only deviating from our schedule in the event of a dental emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately. We ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well.
Please call at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed appointments without this notification, or repeated cancellations, will incur cancellation fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your visits to our office
